Text of Complaint by Pankaj Deswal:

I ordered a vivo mobile from Amazon on 6th August 2023 for my husband. I received empty vivo box with seal broken with correct packaging outside. My husband has given that box to delivery boy in anger. I raised complaint against this, they told me that they will investigate and after investigation they told me that order was given correct. I don’t know in their investigation they asked delivery boy or not or delivery boy is telling lie i have given online payment for this 30k. How can they be irresponsible for this. I will not suggest anyone to order expensive thing from Amazon. I have ordered previously also mobile phones, but this has happened me first time. Please take action against this.
