I have placed an order on vistaclothes.com on 1st of April.
Have made an account on the website & got an order id.
Post this I have received a call from a number in Gujarat saying the order will be delivered by 15th of April.
A confirmation SMS was also sent by with a mobile number for tracking.
The website of the brand – vistaclothes.com is no longer active & I am unable to fetch my order id etc.
When I am trying to call both numbers, both are switched off / call is being forwarded & then the number is switched off.
I have already submitted a complaint on razorpay – which is the payment portal through which the order has been processed.
Will need this vendor to be blocked & fined.
Will also need a full refund.
