I had purchased genfit smart watch from online platform using COD but the product shown online is different when I received the package. They display something and delivered some other Fitpro watch

AWB 321515099373 delivered on 26 December 2022. But it turned out to be a useless toy watch availabe on streets for peanuts. On complaint, they would neither respond to e-mails nor pick up phones. They are big cheaters. In general nobody should buy such so-called smart watches from similar companies online and should buy only from recognised vendors.
I am also another victim of such fraudulent company. 10 days back purchased one SW and the defective product was delivered. The contact details ( email & WhatsApp number) are useless & they never revert to any customer complaints. Such product & advertisement should be blacklisted from all sources to protect future customer interest.
