Had purchased some clothes on 23rd March 2019, via Vista Clothes on Facebook, made full payment of Rs.648/- though netbanking. They delivery was promised withing 14 days. On reviewing the delay in delivery I found out that they were frauds, and have cheated 100’s of other consumers in similar manner. The said company is not even registered or has a address or valid phone no. These fraudsters have absconded with everyone’s money. Has anyone filed a police complaint against them ? Why Facebook has not verified the credentials before allowing them to do business through their portal ?

I ordered product on April 3rd and made payment as well, there is no call and not accessible to website. On website there is email is to contact there is no use such a big fraud company.
