i have recived a 18/05/2021 call from 09839861979 name mr. harsh shaw and 09721901639 name ms. priya shaw from vision data entry they told me about the rules and regulations but i have worked under the rules nand relgulation. When i have asken for their company details they only send me a pfd and no other details. they have not offered me a job offer letter when i have asks for they told me the their company doesn’t give any and after 3 days of work my account go automatically deactivated and they are accusing me for server crash and demanding me the amount of RS 15500. but in the contract in which i have signed they have not mention the amount of RS 15500 to pay in the they have clearly mentioned that if the servers got crashed i have to pay RS5000 only and now they are accusing me to give them 15500 otherwise they will file a case against me .what should i do please give me solution.
