I have purchased VIP pass on Oct 6th to get early access for Big Billion day sales. But when I logged in at Oct 7th for early sales. It was not showing the products at discounted prices. I have reached customer care at midnight and they said to wait for few more hours, again when I checked on Morning, still i was not having an access for early sales. So i have asked for re-fund, even i was aware of non-refundable policy of it.

I have raised complaint and they said, it will be resolved by Oct 10th (Which is post the expiry of early access). So i had mentioned in complaint that, as i didnt get the early access, please re-fund me the Rs: 498 and cancel the VIP subscription.

On 9th, i got call with customer support and they said, it was mistake from Flipkart and they will refund the amount to Flipkart wallet within 24-48 hours and confirmation mail was sent on same. But even after the deadline of time, still the amount is not credited to my Flipkart wallet.

When I reached the Flipkart customer support again, now they are denying the re-fund of it, stating it was mistake by previous customer service executive and it cannot be refunded. Such a smart trick of Flipkart to divert customers.. Bravo !!.

Now again all the customer support executive are calling and saying SORRY and its completely Flipkart issue, but they are not understanding my point. What about the loss I incurred on Early sale access.
I was supposed to book Iphone 14, when it was early access, the price was 52,000, but now its 57,000.

At least they should provide some compensation for the issue faced by me. instead, there are concerned about the VIP clauses and telling no re-fund and no compensation also.

Such a worst experience for me from Flipkart. If its genuinely technical mistake, its there mistake and provide compensation. If its some kind on Scam/Fraud, which customer is not aware of. It should be brought into Light.

Concluding:- Either I should refund in Flipkart wallet or Compensation for my issue.
