Text of Complaint by Pella Ramachandrarao:

On 11 June 2021, I purchased Voltas 600 TD Soft Look Chest Freezer from Voltas’ authorized dealer in Visakhapatnam. That the same repair was on 15 March 2023 therefore I raised a service request from Voltas Services Center. That they send their representatives to repair the product but they recognized that the compressor of the freezer was damaged completely the same have to replace it with a new one the same should be ordered from Voltas it takes one week time. After 10 days I requested Volta’s services to service the product with the new compressor but they delay the same by simply saying the compressor was in transit and it will be reached soon. I waited more than 20 days but they did not replace the same with a new one. from one week onwards the Voltas services persons also not responding by way of negligence manner and still it was not done by them. I submit that the Freezer is very essiential for my business without the freezer I cannot maintain businees hence i occured loss since one month and paying rents to the shop owners. Hence i submitting this complaint.
