Dear Sir,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my AmazonBasics refrigerator warranty claim and repair service. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the technician and customer care, I have not received any response or resolution to my issue. I have also reached out to Amazon’s customer service team but have not received a satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

I purchased an AmazonBasics refrigerator with a warranty, and unfortunately, it has developed a fault. I followed the required procedures for filing a warranty claim, but I have not received any response or assistance from the company. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I feel that my rights as a consumer have been violated.

I have attached all the relevant documents related to my warranty claim and repair service for your reference. I request that you take the necessary steps to investigate my complaint and ensure that Amazon provides a satisfactory resolution to my issue.

I urge the Consumer Complaints Court to take action against Amazon for their poor customer service and failure to address my concerns. I am seeking a fair resolution to my issue, which includes repairing or replacing the refrigerator or providing a full refund.
