I received a complaint id # 0496835 from an agent and it was told to me that it has been escalated to the senior team but when I spoke to the senior team, he said there is no such complaint id.
After 15 long days and lots of same copy-paste response from different agents the issue is still not resolved.
2 escalation tickets raised and none have the resolution for the issue.

Same has been put into twitter, facebook handle but no resolution.
This has become direct customer harassment and violation of commitment, also the issue has not been take into seriously,
This is just an unethical business attitude and also ultimate CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.
