Goods were purchased in May 2023 which were supposed to be delivered within 15-20 days but the same is not yet dispatched even after 3 months. When asked to cancel the order and refund the amount paid I was informed that I cannot get a refund since it has already been 30 days from the date of invoice. Also emailed them but no response has been received. Vihaan India is a part of QNET. I want my money back as the products are no longer a need to me since they have been delayed for too long.
