Text of Complaint by Chaitanya Kulkarni:

I am a customer of Videocon d2h. My customer id is 207440476. As per new TRAI guidelines, I had selected my A-la carte pack before 31st January 2019 and submitted on the d2h official website. However, till 4th Feb 2019, they still kept showing my previous package and suddenly at 9 P.M. stopped telecasting the channels. When I am trying to call the customer care, the call gets automatically rejected. When I login using my credentials on d2h website, I see a completely blank screen. I still have around Rs. 800 balance with them and I have no knowledge of what has happened to it
