I am Archana Tiwary we have a Videocon d2h connection on the name Harman Tiwary customer id 79982580 our antenna is damaged from 20.5.2020 after the cycloan amphan in West bengal.we called several times the customer care and registered our complaint but they are not taking any action just saying that they will resolve our issue which recharge for this month rs 243 is wasted entirely .we need our recharge money back as it is entirely their fault.
