Text of Complaint by Heena Kiran Raja:

On 06/07/2020 I had recharged by mistakenly a amount of ₹311 and another recharge of ₹6579 on my Videocon D2H, so I called the customer care for the refund of the amount.

First call (3:01PM, 06/07/2020)

A person named Priti Singh picked the call and asked to recharge again of ₹311, so the previous recharges would be refunded. So I did as she said.

Second call (3:10PM, 06/07/2020)

Another person named Laxmikanth picked the call, I had to explain the entire situation again and then he said to mail the problem to customerscare@d2h.com so your refund will be deposited so I did as he said.

Third Call (3:32 PM, 06/07/2020)

Another person picked the call (When asked he didn’t told his name), I explained the entire situation again to that person then he put me on hold and directed my call to the senior named Mumta Das, she said she’s the senior and I had to again give her explaination of the situation then she registered my complaint and said my 2nd recharge of amount ₹6579 would be refunded by 12:50PM on 07/07/2020 but I didn’t got any refund yet so I called again.

Fourth Call (1:34PM, 07/07/2020)

A person picked the call, he denied to tell his name and unfortunately I had explain my registered complaint again from the start and then he put my phone on hold then my call was cut.

Fifth Call (1:38PM, 07/07/2020)

Another person picked the call totally unaware of the problem and again asks for the complaint so I explained the problem from the beginning again and the same happens and tells me I’m forwarding your call to the Head and puts my call on a hold for several minutes and again my call was cut.

Sixth Call (1:58PM, 07/07/2020)

Again the same situation as mentioned in previous calls.

Seventh Call (2.03PM, 07/07/2020)

Again the same situation as mentioned in the previous calls.

I’m so much frustrated of this situation, I’m being mentally tortured by these people, how they couldn’t refund my money even after a registered complaint and explained a single problem to several different people.

All I want is my money back but they are ignoring my problem even after so many attempts.

    I have already recharge my d2h subscription successfilly but recharge not done as per you so i want to request to you please refund Rs.200/- .

    By mistake wrong I’d recharge of Videocon d2h, I’d no- 301462396, Recharge of rs. 501 from my Amazon pay app,
    It’s by mistake can I get refund my payment?

  3. On : 27.12.22 I have reached for ₹ 300 but,because of server problem it could not reach the d2h so, refund my money.
