Text of Complaint by Satheesh:

My D2H is not working since last 4 days, I am completely fed up in speaking to your customer care executive. I don’t think there is basic concern towards customer issue, I have attached one of the audio transcript of your customer care executive, I hope all your customer care calls are recorded as well, request you to listen all my call for last 2 days and take necessary corrective action to resolve the issue and individual who have given false promises.

Issues is I am able to view only free channels, and I am not getting any of the subscribed channels. Customer Care Executive claims service engineer should resolve the issue, service engineer says customer care executive should resolve the issue…

I would expect a call at the earliest to resolve the issue…
