I’ve been receiving error E16-4 Channel is not part of Subscription on my d2h box.
I tried changing the pack through the official website of d2h and still the issue is not resolved..
Whenever I call the customer care, they’re unable to give an explanation to the issue and they say that they’ll send an engineer for the relevant issue. The engineer will take ₹200 as service fee.
If there is anything wrong related to hardware then I’m obliged to pay for it.. When the fault is from company’s end why should I be the one paying for it..
I’ve recharged of ₹150 in my account 3 days ago, I’ve not been able to watch any channel since then.. My account balance is being deducted everyday.. This is excellent work from your end d2h Team..
I’m filing this complaint in consumer forum as the issue is not being resolved even after many notices..
What I want is reimbursement of money that is being deducted from my account even though they’re not providing me the services and compensation for not taking action sooner.
