The videocon d2h operator is playing games with the customer.As per the new TRAI order the customer have the right to choose their channels but the videocond2h operator is in no mood to do the same.
I have been trying from various places like the website,the d2h app and even the customer care number is not available. They disconnected the services (any channels of their own) and with balance left in my account they disconnected every channels.
I’ve been writing them many e-mails and messages but no reply or nothing.Please take the necessary actions as the television is for now of no use to us.
