Hi,
I am a customer of videocon d2h services in bangalore, i have raised multiple request to replace the remote control that comes along with the HD setup box.
Remote control is vital part of setup box functionality, without it user can not watch the television. My multiple request no. are as below, as promised by Customer care no one visited the house, and they have closed the complaints without any resolution. Please help here make company understand how they are cheating the people.
BTW: they are charging the monthly subscription, when i am not able to use the TV.
