Text of Complaint by Preeth:

As per TRAI guideline, customers should select the channels they want, but instead d2h selects the channels and forces upon customers. Their website is extremely slow and it took over 2 hours to do the selection. Despite that, the channels selected were overwritten by d2h forcing us to pay higher price. The customer care service is even more pathetic, no help at all !! that is if the call get connected at all !! Please govern their policies and website and stop them from cheating customers.
