Text of Complaint by Madan BJ:

116228094 Name: Madan BJ RTN No. with Videocon D2h is : 9902783001 Set-top box /Card: 10100807790 It was an old connection with set-top box No. 10100807790. I had requested the customer care to re-activate the account with Set-top box 10100807790 on Saturday 16th Feb 2019 and I got the re-installation done by paying Rs.450/- to the engineer and had recharged the account by Rs.242/-. But till date I’am not able to see any channels and I’am not sure whether the account is active yet. It is one of the toughest task to get on to Videocon Customer care and I have been calling them from past 5 days, but I didn’t get any solution till date, as they always say that the applications are down and I have to call them after one hour and they never get back. If I get them online they just transfer it to other representative for hours. And the account balance when I recharged was Rs.249/- but now it is showing as Rs.215/-, god know what reason you are deducting the money. Till date it is not resolved and it is already delayed by 5 days. Please help me resolve this.
