Text of Complaint by Blaise Fernandez:

I have been having issue with the service since last October the signal keeps coming and going. when the technician came checked and mentioned we are using a very old set top box and once its changed to new one issue will be resolved. So we got the box changed by paying for it and subcribing for the service till 2024 service worked for few about a month or two and the issue again started. Called customer service and made complaint and again was charged for getting the technician and this time charged for changing the cable connectors which is not my fault and due to the sub standard product product provided by company but we still agreed and paid for it. Now again since more than a month the service has stopped working the RTN is in my number and my parents are using the service both are senior citizens and cannot keep calling to complaint. I cannot make the complaint has im abroad. My sister has called to complaint technician was arranged again without paying technician fees because of the times we have called and made complaint but was again charged to changing the cable connectors which i should not have been as the quality of your product is poor and i should not be charged for it if its getting faulty. Now the service has once again stopped and its not working Im not going to pay for the service even after paying for your subscription till 2024 you still want me to pay for your faulty product!!
