Text of Complaint by Vibhanshu Dwivedi:

My customer ID is 155471390.

I am unable to select my package as I am unable to login via RMN or email. Not receiving OTP through mobile or email for past 3 days.

The customer care executive I just spoke over call was using offending language and did not resolve my query.

He has used humiliating language and even told me that he is not sitting there to listen to me and feed my email id which is very big to enter. After that he disconnected the call.

Videocon d2h is having worst quality customer care staff.

Will be Switching to other service operator.
