i have approach to Videocon D2H helpline cnetre for new connection on 17th Feb19 they installed it on the same day but connection not activated from past 2 days I am continuously following up with the area sales manager Mr. Vishal Jain Mb# 9717173366 Afzal the Area Manager 9999002027 and the local guy who is sinstalled the connection but I didn’t get the firm reply when it will activated. This is really a disgusting service which I face ever in my life. I will advice to people don’t go ever with Videocon D2H . I have paid 2500/- for the installation and the representative of D2H has promised that it will activated on next day of installation but after continuously following up with thier team i didntd get any positive reply.
I don’t know what to do now and how to withdraw their service and how to get my money back.
