I am having two videocon d2h connection which was suppose to expire tomorrow 20/08/2018.I submitted an amount of rs 6474 against 6 month recharge on 14 /08/2018 for both the connections. My bank confirms for the transaction but beside calling to the customercare no concern is paid toward my complain .
