Dear Sir,

my name is Hemant Kamble from kalina manipada santacruz east.

customer id number : 35749969

my complaint is , i select the channels which i want and that amount is 350 per month but videocon d2h charged me double amount because of double connection.but i disconnect my one connection but also they charge for that connection. and if i want to call them they not pick call and if they pick call they tolerate our complaint.

this is continues from last month to till date.
