Hello,
I have been a videocon D2h customer for more than 10 years now. This happened to me yesterday 14/08/2022 when my D2H stopped working (while one month of subscription is on).
When I contacted customer care they told me that VAS services were added from your end and I am 100% sure this is never added from my side and they are wrong. I have 15 days remaining those days I need back as well as I need a record where I grant the permission to activate the VAS services.
Already send the email to the customer care email id.
