Dear Sir,
On 18th october I had called videocon customer care for issue of my set top box .
They taken one complaint then engineer came, he said that set top box has to change.
Then he said I will go now my office & will bring set top box within 1 hour.
Then after 10 days also engineer didn’t came & 200 rupees deducted from my account suddenly without my permission.
Then I called videocon customer care & asked how you deducted without my knowledge & without any reason.
Then they said that engineer told them that issue solved & after that customer didn’t given service charge amount.
Thats why we deducted 200 rupees from your account & this is our protocol.Till now they didn’t solved my problem & not taking any action.
I have fully harassed from this videocon customer care. 200 rupees deduction doesn’t matter. But without any reason & without any intimation deducting any amount is a crime.
So I have a big complaint on this videocon service. Kindly take serious action against this service. I want justice on this.
