Vi is charging for accessing games world and inbuilt handset games which I have not accessed. They are charging for services that I have not availed. Kindly refund the amount. This matter is related to fraud because after searching about these charges, I learnt that many other people have also undergone the same and their money is also not refunded by Vi. Customer care is also not helpful in this matter.
