I have recharged my Vodafone (Vi Limited) prepaid number today (9 Jan 2022). It was mentioned that there will be no outgoing SMS and I was okay with it. However, after recharging no incoming SMS OTP was coming. I called to customer care and executive “Miss Soubhagya” told that in this pack you will not get any incoming OTP. For incoming OTP you need to recharge for higher amount, else there will be no incoming OTP as well.
This was nowhere mentioned in details of recharge and Vi is simply fooling customers with such tricks and trying to extract as much money as possible.
