I activated Vi roam pack 2999 on the 15th September via the app. And I got a confirmation SMS from Vi saying it’ll Bebe processed by 16th September 6:00pm I returned from my trip and got a bill at 599 per day instead of 2999. Now they are saying I was suppose to call them to activate it and this charge is correct. I did not receive any call from Vi on the 15th I took off for my trip at 5am on the 16th after that I landed at 6pm on 16th and I have got no call or communication from their end. Just got the bill when I complained to them they said they are right and they automatically deactivated the 2999 plan and charged me on the daily plan. Without warning. Please find attached image of the SMS confirmation.
