Hi Team,
I received port my number from jio to Vi with given 1 month free recharge offer after Port In to VI now the retailer is denying recharge for 1 month free benefit which was informed.
Raised multiple complaints through email to VI but they are not taking any action on this.
I am facing lots of problems because of this as this as this number link with my bank too because of that i unable to use my banking services.
Kindly help me to resolve my issue
