last few month raise complaint about internet service but the company not taken a single step, or advancement announcements is INDIA NO 1 NETWORK service provider, I’m pre-paid user, fast we are paid money after asking for service, but where is the service, customers executives not solved problems avoid and saying transfer my call to senior customers care executive, but no one there attending the call, someone saying ” Do what you have to do ” I have all voice recording when I call customer care that time recode all conversations, even I recode few videos my mobile & others mobile, not only my area everywhere something happened, we are taken a net package for few days or months but we are not utilizing only for poor network service by VI company
