I recharged my phone on 6/4/2023 and got 99 rupee talktime. I didn’t called anyone until 12/4/2023 . But on 10/4/2023 Vi deducted 98 rupee from my account without my permission and they sms me a lot about your gamers zone request is pending, your parental pack request….. . I neither heard of such packs nor I have ever requested. They are doing all by themselves deducting money of consumers without any permission from the consumer. This needs to be stopped immediately.
