I received the sms from Vi-CMS that my amount had been deducted and this month two times happened as you can see in the image. I had applied DND as well but still they deducted my amount. I cannot even recharge my phone because whenever ill recharge Vi-CMS deduct my amount. Kindly take action and this time strict. I had complaint so many times but still they are deducting my amount again and again.
