I have never requested any services from VI. But they are simply charging me with no reasons. In the past also I have lost my VI topup balance. Today I got a message stating that I have been charged 25 rupees for Handset Inbuilt Games. I have never requested such services and I don’t want that. VI is simply deducting my balance. Please refund my balance.
