Text of Complaint by Akash Sali:

I am NRI and holding a VI mobile number with the postpaid plan. I had a VI plan in which I use to pay 259 monthly bill till Sep 2021. Since Oct 2021 VI have suddenly changed the plan and I have to pay approx 800/- every month now. I have already mailed them twice to revert my plan, as I have zero usage on my India mobile number. I am just using it to receive the OTP whenever rarely required. But there is no response from the VI support team on it. They also do not cooperate to convert the postpaid plan to a prepaid plan.
