I bought vi 2 postpaid sim on May 2022 after that I knew there is no network coverage in my village in coimbatore. I have raised complaint to vi customer care many times but there is no response from their end. But they asked to pay the bill amount, already I have paid first Bill amount for zero usage which means I couldn’t use without network coverage.
