We wanted to port a old idea sim to the new vi (vodafone idea) sim , but the vi agent we talked with said that you have to get another sim first then we will port your old sim after paying 500rs for 3 months and 200rs one time fee . He said you have to get another sim and i will deactivate your previous sim and port your old sim but he didnt deactivated the sim nor ported the old sim. Now i have paid 800rs for 3 months now. I went to the vi store he was operating but he moved his office somewhere. His name was sudhakar and he was working as a vi sim card agent . I have his camera footage too.
