Dear Airtel team,
Please treat this request as urgent.
I am an employee at central University of Karnataka, kadaganchi, Kalaburagi-585367.
I have been using Airtel for past many for better service. However, I am struggling for the proper signal strength. The signal at central university of karnata is very weak, we cannot connect to any of the video calling or conferencing tools like zoom, google meet, etc. Importantly, these are most important platforms during lock-down. In-fact the airtel users are facing severe issue even while simple voice call
Therefore, I request to take this matter seriously, and improve the signal strength and
support your customers; as promised in your advertisements.
