Respected sir/mam,
I am vodafone user. Recently I am facing a problem of very slow internet speed since more than a week. I can’t even send a messages on WhatsApp. I complained twice to the customer care regarding this issue. But every time they excused as there were a server issue and it would resolved in two hours. Yesterday I told them that you guys were making me fool by same excuse and request to resolve my issue but the executive put my call on hold without any notice. I waited for half an hour but she didn’t replied me. Please help me through this I am really frustrated by the service of vodafone.
