I was at my workplace when the delivery agent called and so 2 calls of him got missed by me. Later I tried calling and got a msg to wait,I did. Then in the deep afternoon around 3.10 the delivery agent called me and talked arrogantly to me and rebuked me badly of not picking his calls without realizing people might be busy in their workplace! Then later around 3 pm he told me angrily to come pick the order as he is coming in “thodi der”.
Me being extremely tired after the work waited for 15-20 mins but in that duration dosed off to sleep (unknowingly bcz of tiredness) and as I was slept I couldn’t pick up his call this time yet again.
Next day- he comes to deliver and calls me and talks to me very badly and rudely,his behavior and attitude was very very very bad.
He could’ve waited and dealt with the situation patiently instead of showing this kind of behavior.
With this,I request u to pls get in touch with this man and teach him some basic manners and a polite attitude of dealing with customers in case of a problematic situation because his behavior was male chauvinistically bad and full of attitude and very very very arrogant.
