Hi Team,
I have been facing a connection issue on my Phone for Voice and dats both since more than a month now, i have done everything that was suggested to me by Vi Applet and Network team viz. sending data speed, sending some voice packets from G-Net Track Lite and OOkla, also changed my sim 15-20 days back.
As we all working home, I literally have to go out on roads to talk to people, affecting my professional life very badly. Team is just giving date after another without any resolution.
Can you help me in this matter on priority ?
