We have ordered food in biryani by kilo restaurant around 6:45pm and it delivered around 9:30 pm.
After continuous calls around 8:45 pm they marked status as delivered without delivering the food.
We have every call recording regarding the same.we continuously called customer support team to get the ordered food .
This restaurant is taking people for granted and takes so much time to deliver every time but now it became more worse that they have taken 3 hrs to deliver food whereas in the app they gave estimated delivery as 90min and in the mean while caused a lot of mental pressure by changing the status as delivered and even our calls has been kept on hold for more than 10min.
Everything is on record.please take necessary action since these people are giving false commitments and fooling people.
