Text of Complaint by JAGTAR SINGH:

I have applied for new air fibre connection with the Name : JAGTAR SINGH MOB.: 7567126999, on 24/05/25 by making payment of 2200/- on same day. but after continuous chasing , your engg. visited after 4-5 days for installation. after installation , internet doesnot worked and your engg. asked us to file a complaint. you can imagine the seriousness of work, he doesnot even bother to take interest in the activation. such a bad experience with the JIO AIR FIBER AND ENGG. AFTER logging complaint , till date (060/06/25) we are waiting for the engg. to visit and product to get activated. NOW YOU ARE REQESTED TE CANCELLATION OF THE PRODUCT, BUT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE REFUSING , BY SAYING THAT MONEY CANNOT BE REFUNDED, THIS IS NOT THE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS SO YOU PLEASE REQUESTED TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CANCLE THE CONNECTION AND REFUND MY MONEY. OR I WILL GO ON SOCIAL MEDIA WITH MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH JIO AIR FIBER AND ALSO AWARE MY COMMUNITY AND EVERBOD I AREA, ABOT TE BAD SERVICE OF IO FIBRE AND SGGEST NOT TO INSTALL JIO AIR FIBRE PRODUCT. I AM GIVING YOU THE CONTACT NO.( MOB.: 9530888786) OF YOUR ENGG. VISITED FOR INSTALLATION (VERY BAD EXERIENCE)
