I have been raising network issue complaints for past two months via mails, social media and toll free number. For every complaint I raise, they are closing after days without any resolution and feedback from me.
First one, service request number 31-3625356774915 opened on 7 – May-2021. It was closed on 15th May-2021 without solving the issue and without taking feedback from me.
Second one, again I have raised a complaint against same issue with service request number 31-3628571976738 on 17-May-2021. It was also closed on 24-May-2021 without solving the issue and without taking confirmation from me.
after all these, I have sent my complaint to Airtel nodal office on 24th May-21. Till now there is no response.
not even 4G signal coverage.
