i just called to 198 a executive named kusumlata or Premlata whatever i can’t heated. And called droped automatically. I was trying to resolve issue of my network i can’t listen properly due to bad connectivity.
And then just she called me back and started to shout at me telling why just you call and drop. I tell her that there is network issue thats why i called . Why u shout at me. Then she just tell me that you go to airtel store. She dont want to listen any thing
How she can talk to me like this. Is this a behaviour of a executive. I want to port it to jio.
