Sir,
This is in reference to the service given by service centre of my area,
Please not that I went to your TVS Motors service center on around 23rd March,25,there I told the employee of your service center the problem of my bike, there is a sound in my bike, then your employee told me the issue of timing chain & gave costing of Rs 900 without making a job card, then I asked them to check the bike, but your employee Krishna and Deepak flatly refused and given an another date saying that the timing chain will be fixed, only then your problem will be corrected and refused to take the bike service same day. Then I took myself to the service center on 06.04.2025 and the employee of service center told me expense of Rs. 10000 (approx) for the engine, after telling the charges they asked for warranty of my bike engine. So they checked the warranty and confirm that engine will be repaired under warranty with a nominal charges of Rs. 1500/- for fitting & oil and made job Card of Rs. 2100/-
So I request you to look after this matter as there was no fault in my bike’s engine.
If having the same according to your employees then I need replacement of engine only instead of repairing
That is why because if I’ll get repair my engine who will be responsible if it got faulty after warranty period.
Hope I’ll get positive response from your management otherwise I have to take help from consumer court.
