am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my service request SR00002B97Q7, dated 8th April 2025, has been handled so far for my JioFixedVoice Number: +911837961054.
A technician visited and identified an inside home wiring/cabling issue, which we promptly got resolved within 30 minutes. Since then, we have repeatedly called the technician, who initially promised to return within an hour. Unfortunately, he never showed up, and worse, has stopped responding to our phone calls entirely.
Despite our best efforts to follow up, we are extremely disappointed to see that Jio has continuously postponed the technician visit, and the next scheduled date is now being shown as 17th April. Today is 13th April, and this continued delay is simply unacceptable.
This inaction has serious consequences — our home security system is dependent on this connection and is currently non-functional, putting our family’s safety at risk. We hold Jio accountable for any dire outcomes resulting from this gross negligence.
I urge you to escalate this issue immediately and ensure that a technician is sent without any further delay — preferably today. A prompt and effective resolution is not just expected, it is imperative.
Please treat this matter with the urgency it deserves.
