I have purchased Thomson 4K LED TV on Feb 2022 and suddenly display stopped working on Oct 2023 without any touch.
In 1.5 years 30K seems to wasted on Thomson because of Flipkart showing this product as 4.2 Star and exclusive on Flipkart but its not good in terms of Panel, Motherboard Hardware.
Recently, I have complained on their given customer service number but no complain taken on call so done via Email and they want payment 1st before technician visit so I have done payment online 550Rs since last 1 week but no reply Or complain taken from their Support.
Whenever I tried to call support they told only one thing “I have escalate to team and they reply you in 48 hours.” Very poor and pathetic service, Very Slow, Ir-responsive support, No parts available, etc.
I am so much frustrated so please do not buy Thomson products because its providing in less price but after sales so much headache and not durable products.
DONT BUY ANY THOMSON PRODUCT!! VERY POOR QUALITY & SERVICE TOO!!!
