I have ordered and received a Motorla Phone (e32) on 13th August,2023. I am not satisfied with the product and wants another brand-new mobile by replacing this one as this phone battery backup is very poor (~12 hours) and there are some heating issues as well. Trying to replace/return now, but is not working properly. Showing the message : “device related issues, please contact authorized service centre…” plesae help me out…i do not have that much time,, I just want to return this item (may be a refurbished/internally damaged product) to have another one. 7 days replacement/return policy should work properly,
