Dear Sir,
As Vodafone company they are claiming that they have fastest 4G network in india, But from past 3 months i am facing network issues and poor internet connectivity at Sindhanur town(karnataka). From last 2 month i am calling to Vodafone customer care number regarding the same, and they have said the problem will be solved within 24hrs and they have also said one of their team member will come to my location (Sindhanur) to check network strength, but till now either network issue solved, poor internet signal issue solved and the Vodafone representative come here to check Signal strength. and i have also requested my bill payment receipt of January month and Febraury month, but till now i have not received it,
From past 2 months they are fooling the customers like this only. I have a postpaid connection and i am paying the amount within 4 to 5 days of bill generated. If we did not made the payment within due date, they will disconnect the outgoing call, but even though we paid the amount on time, we are not getting the proper service from Vodafone team, and from past 3 months simply I am paying the bills for zero benefit.
